I am so looking foward to this movie!!!! I already have a date with my son to go see it on opening day.
Can someone please help me out and put up a link to check out the trailer? I have been trying this morning to get it with no luck. Maybe my computer is just that much of a piece of shit.
To me this episode has the potential to be the best.

Me and my friend are going to skip school and see it the day it comes out...dressed as storm troopers. Well, probably not the storm troopers part, but hey.

I defintley think it going to be the best out of the new trilogy but it does not have a chance in hell of being better than any of the orginal star wars films.

With today's high budget special effects, the larger pool of actors top choose from, ~30 years of story development, I think this has a chance to be the best ever. It could really blow the original 3 out of the water.
With that being said, it'll probably blow chunks. But I'll happily shell out $12 to go see it come May. Damn you georg lucas.

I hate both Stars and Wars.

I've got no beef with stars. Don't like 'em, don't hate 'em, just notice they're there.
Anyway, the original 3 Star Wars are in my opinion some of the best movies around, and the new 2 ones really dissapointed me. I didn't dislike them, actually loved them, but I think he went a tad too far when every bird in the sky is computer animated. Not old school, but what is anymore? I still like the new ones.

I got these old school converse shoes the other day. Feels like i'm trapped in 70's...or whenever they were popular.

You got some chuck taylors? Don't play basketball (or any sprot really) in them. They provide very little ankle support. You should get some decent high tops for basketball.
I'm looking forward to seeing how everything ties together, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I suppose in essence this could be a good film. Lucas has said that it's quite dark, and that should appeal to older people such as we.
The problem with the two new films, and possibly with the new one, is that the films weren't made for us. I suspect most of us saw the original Star Wars trilogy when we were fairly young (I was 14), and thus were rightly jolly impressed by them. But most of us have grown up (or should have done...) by now, and thus have outgrown the kind of films that Lucas is making now. Star Wars will always be Star Wars, and as such when there's a new one you have to see it, but for the likes of us Star Wars will never have the same impact again. The new films have had a lot of stick, but just put yourself in the position of a 8, 12 or even 15 year old kid watching them, you'd be blown away. These youngsters are having their Star Wars experience with these films, and so really who is to blame but us for the disappointment.
In saying all that, Episode III, I feel, does have the potential to bring both audiences together, but even if it doesn't, with Darth Vader, Chewie and whatever/whoever else there will be plenty to please the older generation.

Chuck Taylors are awesome! I have a pair in black and Richie has 3 different pairs- my favorite being a white pair that I have let him, myself and others draw and write all over.
I think what really has me excited about this movie is that as Indy said it ties everything together. I am so looking foward to it! Not to mention how incredibly hot Hayden looks in this one! Hahaha :p

Good point, well made.......thats EXACTLY the problem, the films are aimed at kids, and most of us aint kids anymore. Although, come to think of it.....
