So the New England Patriots just broke, no shattered the the NFL record for consecutive games won. How fitting it was to beat the Miami Dolphins one of the six teams that held the record of 18 games in a row. It has been over a year since the Pats have lost a game.
I hate the Pats, for the same reason I hate the Lakers, Yankees, etc.

Why is that? I don't see the similarities.

Me neither, please elaborate.
Teams that win too much and always have the "ref's bias" on their side.

If they win 2 (I think...maybe it was 3) more games in a row they break the regular season consecutive win record.

Too bad they couldn't do it without the ref's bias though. Then it would actually mean something.

Haha, I've heard plenty of people complain about the Yankees, Lakers, and Pats...but never because of the "ref's bias".

The Patriots have done so well because the entire team buys into the team concept, the team philosophy, and so they work so well together.
It's so beautiful when a team comes together and performs so well. It happened to the Devils about 3 or 4 times: 1995, 2000, 2001, and 2003. Three Stanley Cups out of those 4 years, each time going all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals
