Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy and War of the worlds

I don't go to the miovies that often. I hate people in general, let alone people whop bring children to a 9:00 show and let the cry and ryun around, jerks who can't shut up, the one asshole in every movie that leaves his cell phone on, the guy that chooses the seat in front of me when there's 50 other seats available in the theater and I have my feet up on the seat ion front of me (I'm 6'4" 250lbs for christs sake, can't you cut me a lttle slack here? I',m trying to be comfortavbe), the teens in the back that aren't even watching the movie, just there to get away from mom and dad....... All while I just paid $50 for me and my wife to see a movie.

I >3 people @ the movie theater.

That's not even getting into how incredibly fucking overpriced everything there is. I once had $8 in my pocket after buying a ticket and all I could afford was 1 thing. There was no combination of drink and food/candy that was less than $8. Are you fucking kidding me? Am I at a sports game here? Why the fuck do you have to charge so much money and give me a hard time when I try to carry in an unopened bottle of coke when you just let the Fattersons in wwith all of them, carrying a backpack full of food.

Fuck the Movies, I'll just DL movies from now on and watch them at home. Which reminds me, I gotta burn Devils Rejects tonight and check that shit out.[/rant]

I just buy cokes and snacks from 7-11 and sneak them into the theater. I don't think there are any rules against bringing your own stuff in.

The theatres by my house don't care. I bring stuff in.

Sometimes I bring my own cup and go to the fountain. The kids working there don't give a fuck.

I generally hate seeing movies in crowded audiences (unless it is a comedy) because people don't know how to shut the fuck up and watch a movie. So most of the time I prefer to go during the week, or earlier in the day... or once a movie has been out a couple of weeks.

And I'm seeing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory either today or tomorrow, depending on when this broad calls me.

I used to love working midnight shift @ the gas station / convinience store on the river. Man, good times. There was this one cop who caught me puffing so many times. The 8'th or 9th time he said "If I catch you again, I'm going to have to take you in."
